Big River Builders delivered! Our project included a partial tear down, new construction and teh remodel of exisitng space that required upholding the integrity of a historic home.

Open communication was key; when changes were necessary they were always discussed and approved prior to iplementation. Sub-contractors were scheduled efficeintly, arrived on time, knowledgeable, respectful and left their work areas clean.

We came in on budget and within a month of our projected time frame. The workmanship throughout was top-nothc as noted again and again by visiting friends and family. We have been enjoying our new old home for over a year, and reccommend hiring Big River Builders without reservation.

Complete/total remodel of our 1975 home. People walk in and can't believe it's not a newly built home. We added a tandem garage, a new Dryvit coating to the outside, a new pool house, pool decking, gutted the ENTIRE interior of the home, spray foam insulation in ceilings, walls and floor joists, added a 16x32 foot movie theater, a 14x14 wine cellar, 3 egress windows to the new basement bedrooms, a 4x6 steam shower, complete new kitchen, laundry room... The list goes on and on!!

We now have a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 4 stall air conditioned & heated garage fully remodeled home. I'll be honest, it was nearly a 2 year remodel and if we had to do it again, we certainly would find alternative housing for the duration. (Yes, we lived in the home during the entire remodel) But looking at our home now, we can't imagine not doing it. Thanks Jordan Anderson, Brandon Costa & everyone else who played a part in this enormous undertaking!! Well done!

Let me just say that living in Bismarck and trying to find a contractor is difficult. Seriously, it's almost impossible. I'll attribute it to all the continuous construction. It's the law of supply and demand I guess. Just like the oil that ebbs and flows up north.

My wife and I looked for months, not exaggerating, for a contractor. She randomly came across Jordan picking up a to-go order for our family one day and happened to stop him and inquire about doing some work on our home. Call it happenstance or divine timing, but Jordan came right over to our home. Fast-forward a few months later... my wife and I couldn't have been more thrilled with his quality work, communication, professionalism and follow-through. Jordan ensured that the job was done in a timely manner and that it was done right the first time. Most importantly, he was always accessible for questions, even after hours, to provide project timeline updates. Overall, we couldn't have chosen a better contractor.

Ours was a small project - Just remodel a laundry utility room and add a walk in closet in bedroom but love it!! They were professional efficient and designed me an awesome room. Thanks Jordan and crew!!
